As Farel, we are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of our photovoltaic power plant, installed with a capacity of 8,821.8 kWp / 7,200 kWe on 130,000 m² of our 183,000 m² site located in Kırkdönüm Village, Ahlat District, Bitlis Province.

Despite challenging winter conditions, the project—initiated in November 2024—was successfully completed and put into operation on April 15, 2025. Between commissioning and October 31, 2025, the facility generated 7.5 GWh of electricity, enabling us to meet approximately 90% of the total energy demand of our Çerkezköy facility through self-produced renewable energy.

The inauguration ceremony held on October 25, 2025 was attended by Mr. Marcus Wirthwein, our management team, and our employees.

This investment represents a significant milestone in Farel’s sustainability vision. We remain committed to advancing clean energy, environmental responsibility, and sustainable growth.
